What is the range for wallet recovery service?

We do recover lost data related to your crypto wallet, or we can help you recover the password you forgot with any of your non-custodial wallets, e.g., blockchain com, multibit, bitcoin core, electrum, and JSON files.

In case of mixed seed phrase order or forgotten passphrase, we have a custom script that allows us to find the right path to access your funds. If you have a technical issue with your hardware wallets like Trezor or Ledger, we can also see what’s possible to do based on hardware analysis, free of charge.

What does the recovery process look like?

4. Waiting for a successful recovery

First, you must fill out the request form, which is available here. Once you send us the form within 48 hours, our team will contact you with additional questions or send you the agreement.

Once you sign the agreement (which is done online through DocuSign), we can start the recovery process on the technical side so that you can send us primary data, and we will begin to work on your case, and you can wait for a successful recovery.

How much does it cost?

We do charge a success fee based on the wallet’s value. Usually, it’s 20%, but it depends on the wallet size and how complex your problem is.

If we can’t remove your wallet, you don’t have to pay us anything for the time and resources we invested in the case.

How long does it take to recover wallet data or passwords?

There is many factors that matters regarding the time needed to make recovery successful, e.g., Hardware or software issues? Hardware issue always takes more time. In case of a forgotten password, the crucial is the quality of your hints and the type of encryption depending on the version of your wallet, etc. As you can see, there is no simple answer, and sometimes it takes a couple of hours and, in other cases, weeks, months, or even years.
